Russia still demands that the United States and kyiv explain military bio-laboratories on Ukrainian territory

“Regardless of the outcome of today’s vote, the issues in the United States and Ukraine are something we are withholding and the evidence that accompanies our complaints still requires clarification,” Polyanskiy said Wednesday.

Previously, the Russian Federation submitted a draft resolution to the UN Security Council for consideration.

According to the document, the Security Council would decide “to form a commission composed of all members of the Security Council to investigate the allegations presented in the complaint of the Russian Federation against the United States and Ukraine concerning their compliance with obligations arising from the Convention in the context of the activities of biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine.” The resolution was not adopted due to lack of votes.
